Our cameras project

The UCLH cameras project

Donnie Berenblut was a patient on the UCLH neonatal unit from April to September 2017.

The medical care was, at different times, groundbreaking, creative, collaborative, compassionate, respectful and outstanding. And yet leaving Donnie in the care of others was hard. As soon as we had left him, we wanted to see him again and once we were on our way in to the hospital we just couldn't get there quickly enough. For our other children, it was hard not to have their new brother at home.

The AngelEye cameras project is a project of Donnie's Fund, the charity we created as our way of giving back. This installation of the latest high-tech cameras is a UK-first and we hope that being able to see your baby when you are away from the unit will make life a little easier at a time which can be emotionally and logistically challenging.

Email us on: info@donniesfund.org or DM us at www.facebook.com/donniesfund to share your story and tell us how the cameras made a difference to your time in the neonatal unit
